What is Forrest Yoga?
It is a yoga style created by Ana Forrest, which has been evolving over 35 years with the following four pillars: Strength, Breathe, Integrity and Spirit.
The class is an intelligent sequencing of poses, designed to heal injury and trauma, both physical and emotional, in a therapeutic way. It allows the release of tension and emotions that may have been trapped in the cell tissue for years. Hands on assists are an integral part of the class with students going deeper into poses and learning to develop their own body awareness. A key element of the class is the magical way it allows you to reconnect to your Spirit.
